The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted permission for third party administrators (TPAs) to offer full-service management of the Clearinghouse duties for all trucking companies, including owner operators. Simply select Allied Compliance Services, Inc. as your TPA when you register for the Clearinghouse.
We'll take care of your pre-employment and annual queries. We'll also report any violations and the return to duty testing if you should require that service. We'll stay in touch with Washington and notify you when FMCSA makes changes to the Clearinghouse. Call 800-411-6906 for pricing.
