FMCSA Clearinghouse

  • The Clearinghouse is an online database that gives employers real-time information about CDL holders' drug and alcohol program violations.

  • Clearinghouse registration is scheduled to begin October 2019.

  • Employers are required to query the Clearinghouse beginning January 6.2020.
